Agnelo with a vast experience of over 15 years, as Chief Engineer, in construction of reputed Five Star Hotels in India and overseas, has as Managing Director of Prime Shelters, earlier executed the prestigious ‘Lagoa Azul’ project, spread over 10 acres of land, on banks of River Baga in Arpora, and consisting of over 120 furnished apartments and 18 two and three bedroom villas, built to International standards, in a picturesque ambience around a large lake, in the quiet country side of Arpora. Apart from quality construction, past projects have been completed in record time of 12 -15 months, much ahead of stipulated schedules.
