    This website (“site”) is operated by Riviera Constructions Private Limited. Our registered office is at 40, R. do Pinto Cordeiro, Mapusa, Goa 403507. You can contact us as per the information provided under the “Contact Us” section of the Site.The data controller responsible for your personal data is Riviera, with whom you have contracted as a customer.

    Riviera collects data to operate this website. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “this policy”) applies to personal data that we collect from you as a user of this site or as our customer (“you” or “your”). It also applies when we collect data from you when you visit our properties, hospitality spaces or our offices.You can make choices about our collection and use of your data by reaching out to us at the address provided in the “Contact Us” Section.
  4. Data Collected
    • Personal Information: Personal details you choose to give when corresponding with us by phone or e-mail, participating in user/customer surveys or otherwise visiting and interacting with this site or any other websites we operate, and personal data that you provide to us when you visit our properties. This includes your name, gender, residential / correspondence address, telephone number, date of birth, marital status, email address or other contact information, PAN, KYC Status, Signature and Photograph or any other detail provided to us in order to render services. We can also combine personal data that you provide to us with other information we collect about you when you make a reservation through third-party services such as online restaurant-reservation or travel fare aggregator websites, as necessary to process your requests.
    • Sales, Reservation or Booking Information: When you make a reservation at our hospitality spaces or book a home with us, we collect information such as your contact details (such as you first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number), language preference, credit card number or other payment account number, billing address and other such information, details, records and copies of our correspondence, guest stay information (including date of arrival and departure, and goods and services purchased) (for further details please also refer to the section below headed “Payment Information”). In case of our hospitality ventures, we also ask for your gender and date of birth, important dates (such as birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions), names of any guests travelling with you and any preferences (such as meal preferences and health conditions) of which you advise us when you make your reservation or which we learn about during your visit(s).
    • General Information: We may also collect other general information such as your marital status, next of kin and emergency contact information, National Insurance or TAX ID number/PAN card, bank account details, payroll records and tax status information, driving licence, grievance information, CCTV footage and other information obtained through electronic means such as door access records, and information about your use of our information and communications systems. Depending on the circumstances, processing of sensitive data about you may also be necessary to protect yours or a third party’s vital interest or for reasons of public interest in the area of public health.

    Note: Some of the personal data we request is necessary for us to perform our contract with you and/or to comply with our legal obligations and if you do not wish to provide us with this personal data, it will affect our ability to provide the services you request to you.
